This building houses the offices, classrooms, studios, and workshop space associated with the operation of the Graphic Design (GDES) and Industrial Design (INDD) programs. 

Students working in this building have access to Fusion360, SolidWorks, Rhino 3D Modeling, Keyshot rendering, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office 365, and other discipline specific software as well as one Universal ILS-12.150d 150 Watt laser cutter, one Universal ILS-3.75 50 Watt laser cutter, and one Epilog Legend 36-EXT 75 Watt laser cutter.

There is also a full wood working shop, metal working shop and a Roland MDX-650 CNC Milling machine used to aide in the production of conceptual models.
